KINCORTH LADS HAVE VISION FOR THE FUTURE

16:00 - 01 December 2004

Young footballers at Kincorth Academy have landed a sponsorship deal.

New strips have been donated to the under-13, 14, 15 and 16 teams by Specsavers.

A successful season has seen the 13s and 14s sides move to top of their respective leagues.

The 15s side are also involved in a three-way tie to win the league and have battled through to the third round of the Scottish Cup.

The teams are hoping to reproduce the success of last season when they won the First Division titles at under 14, 15 and 16 levels.

High-flying Kincorth also secured a host of trophies including the Green Final, Sportsmen's, Gerald and Association cups.

Team manager Sandy McNaughton said: 'The season has got off to the best possible start and the sponsorship from Specsavers is a fantastic boost to the teams."
